Focused on becoming a near-term Gold Producer
I agree... this week could be big. IMO the next few weeks and months 'should' also be very interesting. Brief summary of news/assays expected over next few weeks and longer (kinda sorted in approx. order of release IMO):
- Onaman - Big M: channel samples (visible gold found) and 4 holes pending (as per MD&A)
- SE Jacobus: channel samples pending (writing on the wall?... May 28, 2008: "large quartz vein system"; Feb 29, 2008: "A number of quartz veins have been located with associated sulphides"; eResearch report, May 28, 2008: "Sage Gold management is convinced Kodiak's strike extends onto its property"; etc.)
- Onaman - Lynx: 3 holes pending; metallurgical testing underway?; 8,000m to be drilled in 2008
- Gold Hill: 2 holes pending (visible gold in 1 and ~30ft 'main vein system' in other); 5,000 ft to drill in 2008
- Kerrs: Drilling started ~May 29th; watch for EXS-v (massive +ve sp movement recently) Eastford Lake holes 7 and 8 pending
- Pony Spur: 4 holes to drill in 2008
- Triple Junction/Dixie Fork: minimum of 3,000m to drill in 2008
- Sugarloaf: Nov. 20, 2007: "currently expanding the property block at Sugarloaf in order to cover the structural and geophysical targets associated with both the epithermal gold and porphyry molybdenum styles of mineralization and are planning an aggressive exploration program for 2008"... sounds like Onaman strategy... likely very quiet here until SGX finished staking.
Anything else?
IMO land position alone worth current market cap of ~$32 million... mainly due to SE Jacobus and proximity to KXL Hercules... IMO market cap does not reflect much of what they have found and will likely continue to discover.
And don't forget about KXL massive 60k m drill program WELL underway and LOTS of assays pending there. Initially expected results mid-May according to KXL board.
