Com'on Clint...
I believe longbomb is suggesting another 'third party' could be involved in such a transaction... interesting suggestion as both Lees and Mars virtually liquidated their entire holdings as directors in this said 'third party' in Jan 2008... I thought a little strange given their bullish outlook on gold. Figure it out?
