Focused on becoming a near-term Gold Producer
The second SGX gains any sort of momentum it is short-lived as the market makers/pros/institutions come in to destroy it. Anon-TD-RBC threesome today it appears. We had an uptick, big bids were building and then wham... back to where the day started. Just the results of 'normal' investors selling?... don't think so. I don't mind this type of activity as it is usually a signal of great things to come. Think of this type of trading activity as a vice being tightened more and more each day. Eventually you cannot tighten anymore. We will not move much until 'they' decide to open the vice IMO. It cannot go on forever.
In addition to seeing this happen on the depth chart... the following trade sequence adds even more fuel to the manipulation/signalling argument... the following trades happened this AM for SGX... after some relatively large buys going through to get us there... Raymond James buys 94k+ @ 24 cents... then we get a mysterious 100 share odd lot go through @ 21.5 cents via BMO-Questrade... then 'ironically' we are on our way down courtesy of TD-Anon-RBC...

Some here do not believe in this type of manipulation or that it even occurs... Personally I am more than convinced. It's easy to say "don't be so foolish... that doesn't happen". I don't agree. JMHO. Who? or Why? would anyone/fund/institution trade 100 shares to AM @ 21.5 cents?... Makes no 'cents' LOL.
