KXL MD&A... etc.

KXL MD&A out today. As longbomb, and others, have said we have been getting more and more clues from both sides, KXL and SGX re: NW extension of Golden Mile onto Jacobus. Here is an excerpt from KXLs most recent MD&A, p. 3:

"In addition, the first holes drilled at the far northwest end of the Golden Mile have intersected quartz veining and thick zones of altered wall rock, indicating that the Golden Mile vein system remains open in a northwesterly direction beyond the extent to which it has been stripped on surface, as well as to depth."

i.e. toward SGX SE Jacobus. Another clue/'evidence' to add to the pile. Some more previous 'evidence' below.

For some reason (and I don't profess to know why) SGX is not yet ready to go ahead with full-force promotion of this very exciting prospect.

Other than actual sample and/or drill results I don't know what people need or expect mgmt to do or say at this point in time. For now, IMO the writing is on the wall. The results are coming, there is no doubt about that fact. I accept that these things take time and I think mgmt is doing/has done a great job thus far. SGX is currently drilling/sampling 3 properties (Jacobus, Onaman, Gold Hill) with lots of work going on w/ other active properties... That's ALOT of work. They can not do everything all at once. I actually respect the balanced approach. This is just my opinion and I don't expect everyone to agree but I am also open to listening the views and opinions of others. That's why we are all here isn't it?!

P.S. people should also not forget about 2nd gold showing at Jacobus... see p. 21 of eResearch Reort... "not related to Ni-Cu mineralization"... "will be tested further in 2008".

All IMO.

SE Jacobus GM extension clues/evidence:

eResearch Report, p. 5: "Sage Gold management is convinced Kodiak's strike extends onto its property...". p. 21: "the is historical mention elsewhere in the Jacobus records of gold-bearing quartz not assayed"; "Stripping and trenching are underway and a number of quartz veins with associated sulphides have been located"

Sage March 2008 presentation: (not available online anymore) Map of road built to SE Jacobus entitled "Jacobus - Kodiak - Golden Mile" with some interesting labels 'Quartz 1 Grab', 'Goldm 1', 'Goldm 2' and a line running directly to KXLs GM. A winter (i.e. snow on ground) aerial shot of channel sampling underway entitled "Jacobus - Extension of the Golden Mile"

Picture of SE Jacobus 'quartz vein' on SGX website: http://www.sagegoldinc.com/site/Port...

SGX website, 'Company Highlights', Jacobus: "new quartz veinS have been identified"

SGX, Dec. 14, 2007, NR: "Preliminary results from the Jacobus property indicate a mag high on the southeast corner of the property that is contiguous with the northern extension of the mag high on Kodiak's Hercules property. Within this high is a northwest-trending low, which is interpreted by Sage to be a similar geophysical signature to the Kodiak Golden Mile quartz vein system. Jacobus Mining Corp. (1957) intersected a 10-foot-wide quartz vein within this mag low, which was not assayed for gold. Sage is currently moving equipment into this area in order to begin trenching both the quartz vein and the northwest-trending mag low. A grid of lines will also be cut for detailed ground geophysics and geological mapping. The Jacobus property is underlain mainly by intermediate pyroclastics that are intruded by the Elmhirst gabbroic intrusion."

SGX, Jan. 18, 2008, NR: "Sage also continues to explore the possible extension of Kodiak's Golden Mile on the eastern portion of the Jacobus claim block. Sage has completed the interpretation of an aeromagnetic survey that was finished in December, 2007. A prominent magnetometer high occurs on the property and within the high there is a northwestern-trending low which may reflect a structural or lithological break. Kodiak has published similar data pertaining to the Hercules property. Line cutting, road building, surface stripping, channel sampling and drilling are planned to explore the gold potential on the eastern part of the property."

SGX, Feb. 29, 2008, NR: "

"Jacobus property -- gold exploration

Sage has completed a winter road into the eastern corner of the Jacobus property in order to begin exploring for the possible extension of Kodiak's Golden Mile occurrence. Sage previously reported, as in Stockwatch news on Jan. 18, 2008, that airborne magnetometer data suggest that a prominent northwestern low may reflect a structural or lithological break. Stripping and trenching activity is now under way in this area. A number of quartz veins have been located with associated sulphides."
