LOL....although I would love for this conspiracy theory to play out in real life and not just be a pipe dream, it adds a bit of weight to the theory when you consider Sage is moving under their own power this time, and not riding on the coat tails of a Kodiak halt, etc.

Furthermore, whenever one company is in the process of acquiring all and/or just a substantive stake in another company, you will see the price of the buyer slide, while the "buyee" moves up.
