I share the same sentiment you express, right up to the Nigel is a hawk analogy ( hysterical picture, BTW, longbomb!).

This is where a person can read between the lines and draw their own conclusions: is SGX just riding the coat-tails of other successful explorers( not in my opinion, but hey, that's me) or are they astute at interpreting early results and knowing their geology well enough just from a paper trail to say "Hey, I think this could be huge. Let's get us some too!"

When Kodiak was first realizing what they had at Hercules, and the price was moving up amid rumours of a land-grab at Geraldton, we were still largely in the dark. Then when the news hit, it was mind-boggling. I don't even know how much of the geology Kodiak understood at that time, so instead of being uber-selective, they blanketed the area with claims.

Let's face it , emotion blunts logic, however, since Nigel had the advantage of detachment, and Kodiak was probably running on adrenaline, he perhaps was more able to coolly interpret the data and make a nice score himself with the Onoman claims.

When you look at the fantastic data and graphics longbomb is producing, it gives us only an inkling as to the information the company is actually working with. So, knowing that not all the pertinent info will make its way to the market place to the common retailer is a given. However, when we can infer the magnitude of the geology from our piddling knowledge base( compared to the insiders) and STILL be excited about our prospects,I think that says a lot.

It will be interesting to see how this all plays out. I'm still underwater on Sage, but I don't lose a moment's sleep on it. Although I do hold KXL as well, it's not enough to retire on and I like my chances of a repeat scenario with Sage, at much lower entry prices.

Anyways, that's my long-winded ramble. Thanks guys, for all your great work, makes me more confident by the day.
