Concerning those 350,000 options granted to 'friends'.

I know this is going to really touch the hearts of the complainers on both forums but what the heck is wrong with granting some geo's some incentives. They, not the moaners and groaners, are the ones without whom the company would be dead in the water, that are spending loads of time away from their families. Sure it goes with the turf BUT they still are people with family and social needs. I'll bet that, that 'warm gushy statement' just broke the hearts of the bashers.

To me the granting of those options means that they [the geo's] and the company really do believe in the projects at hand and are willing to put in their time and talent into the projects. We have a non-producing junior metals company. Without a sugar daddy, available to us, how pray tell, can such companies reward good works and continue on. So dilution, if that is someones problem, is a way of life in the world of juniors. I absolutely know that everyone knows that, so I have to be suspect of people acting 'shocked' or 'dismayed' when Sage does that.

Best wishes,

Jerry Francis

P.S. Granting options to others besides the geo's is also Sages business and me thinks that perhaps a tad of jealousy might be involved here.
