Good morning to you Red,
I thought your post showed a lot of thought and was a very good one. You seperated your opinion from some of the tried and true facts concerning the juniors in general and Sage in particular.
Quick question/comment here. I know you did not endorse the reverse split option regarding Sage Gold but were simply putting forth what other companies have done in the past. I too believe that that 'option' does not apply to SGX, because, as of this moment anyway, dilution hasn't proved to be a stumbling block for the company. Also the huge upside potential SGX has, and the insider activity, make it seems that, that maneuver is not even in their thoughts. As you pointed out, for the most part anyway, a reverse split comes with negative connotations. In most cases it is considered to be a bad [last ditch effort] sign for a company. At least this is my understanding in the matter.
Take care Redster,
Jerry
