IMO Something is up.

I have been watching action w/ KXL and SGX VERY closely last hour or so and noticed...

Relatively big bids actually came in for SGX @ ~$0.22 before KXL even started to move. Makes me think KXL news imminent but will also affect SGX. Then KXL started to move and has been moving with some determination ever since. Now $2.37 (i.e. +$0.25) and no sign of slowing. In the past when KXL started to move like this big moves (i.e. ~$0.50-$1.00) were common place.
