longbomb:Good post. I agree and was also disappointed (a little shocked quite frankly) that the SJ07-07 follow-up (i.e. 15g/t over 0.7m) was not been mentioned in the latest Jacobus assays. However, once I re-read the previous Jacobus from Jan. 18th and did a little thinking I do feel a little better. Here’s why…Results from only 4,000m from the original 8,000m program are included thus far. The remaining 4,000m was scheduled to resume in February 2008, and therefore, should be well underway. (i.e. "Thirteen diamond drill holes totalling about 4,000 metres were drilled in the fall of 2007 and drilling is expected to resume in February, 2008.”) It’s possible that this 2nd 4,000m is designed to test the 2nd part of the purpose of this 8,000m drill program as stated in the Jan 18th release… "current drilling is designed to test lateral and down-dip extensions of a historical nickel and copper resource, as well as to explore the continuity of gold mineralization discovered during the summer 2007 drilling campaign".Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to sound overly positive re: latest Jacobus release… back to me original point… I too was also disappointed that the SJ07-07 follow-up was not been mentioned in the latest Jacobus assays… BUT… I do think it’s possible this will/is being drilled as we speak. Confirmation from the company from re: this would be nice. Either way. JMHO.red911
