Con College biult a new site for their aviation program and ALS labs purchased their old site on the South side of the airport where the hangers are for the smaller airlines like Bearskin, Wasaya airlines and home of the Palatius. The program to train people for future positions for the lab I think will be done at Con Colleges main campus which is about 2 miles away. Hopefully ALS labs increases their pay per hour! If there's a need for a skill, Colleges will offer courses to fulfill that need if there is a demand. I have to keep my eyes open in the next College calender or the Key, (a brochure of local activities happening where the University and College post) and see if any courses are offered and how long are these courses are. I can't see them being long courses. No I'm not planning to take the courses, I have a great job and not to far from retiring early! SGX, KXL and some of my other investments, if they work out may make it even earlier but we'll see. Cheers! Jokal
