Dear Shareholder,

 

The following response was provided by management:

  

We drilled one hole at Pony Spur down to 800ft but didn’t hit the mineralized zone. We do have to drill deeper to hit the webb formation and the weather prohibited us from further drilling so we plan on continuing the drill program this spring.
