I have a question regarding the warrants issued in the news releases dated October 15th and Sept 19th.

Provided that the share price stayed above $0.28 for 21 days then the company had the option to give the holders 30 days to exercise the warrant or else they would expire.

The SP has stayed above the $0.28 level yet management has not given the notice to the warrant holders. Why not?

- All of these warrants were exercised already and we didn’t need to call them.

2) Why are there no drill depths indicated for the samples reported on Jan.18? - the depths will be on the complete assay table which will be on the new website Feb 1

The values for gold for the first 3 holes reported of phase 3 drilling are relatively low in comparison to last summers gold grade of SJ07-07. Would it be accurate to assume one or more of the remaining holes (assays pending) are direct follow up to any downhole IP done on SJ07-07? - yes

What are sage gold doing in the near and long term as referring to work programs and drilling..... - go to SAGE website under company highlights, previous Press Releases and Agoracom company fact sheet for this information that has been in the public domain for some time

As stated in the Oct. 4, 2007 drilling announcement, the two objectives of the most recent Jacobus drilling program are:

"to test the lateral and down-dip Ni/Cu mineralization to confirm the historical resources and test the gold zone that was encountered in the previous drill program."

It appears holes from the most recent partial results from this program announced Jan. 18, 2007 were designed to achieve the first objective. Is this correct? If so, have results to date confirmed and/or expanded the historical Cu-Ni resource? Will remaining holes SJ07, 15, 19, 22, 26, 32 and 35, also test the lateral and down-dip Ni/Cu mineralization or wil they test the gold zone that was encountered in the previous drill program? What will be the main objective of the second 4,000m to be drilled in February 2008? [Drill hole maps would help answer these questions]

- the ongoing drilling is to delineate the size of the deposit and all accompanying mineralization which includes nickel, copper and gold. Drill hole maps are on the SAGE website for some time now under Events and Presentations, the December ’07 Power Point

2- As far as the outstanding Warrants; how many are left to hold?

3- Is there any chances that Sage will start in the near future to exploit a mine in one of the properties (This will push the stock price) – we are at least 2 years from a producing mine, we are in the early stages of drilling

4- It was mentioned on few Agoracom board that no one from Sage was at the Vancouver Show early this week.. even if Agoracom was saying that Sage directors and staff would be at the Agoracom booth!! (Why Sage who’s supposed to be the “Hot” company with so much activities and volumes on the TSX Venture not having plan in advanced is own booth” – not true, there were 5 SAGE staff at the Vancouver show and we explained why we didn’t have a booth many times, had nothing to do with advanced planning, the incumbents had first choice of booths and there was a 100% return so our good friends at Agoracom allowed us to be present at their booth

5- Will we see some elaborate and professional technical and more advanced Pictures and Assays results on the WEB site (Mainly we need more info other that what is there since many months) – As an example one of the Best site I find is: http://www.hanweienergy.com/ who was updated 2-3 months ago
Do not forget, that the WEB site represent a lot and give a good or bad image !!!

Just wondering if there are any additional technologies being employed ( i.e. diagnos, RIM, etc) to further help delineate any targets the company may have in it's sights?

-SAGE deploys all of the latest technologies already and will incorporate a new technology if and when applicable

7) 1/ What assays are we waiting for and when do you think they will be back. Assays for Jacobus as mentioned in last weeks PR and Onaman channel samples, we will release news when received from the lab which should be sometime soon

2/ What is the schedule for the 2008 Drill program which properties and which locations and estimated timefor results.- go to SAGE website and refer to company highlights and previous PR’s where it is all detailed

3/ With the price over .28cents for 30 days why did you choose to not call the warrants – see above4/ When are we starting Painted Lake – later this year, will advise via PR when we commence5/ When is the SE corner closest to Kodiak being drilled. Feb –March ‘08

8)Could SGX please elaborate on the previous comment in the Nov.26/07 news release....."new insights into modes of gold mineralization". - refers to horizons of gold found at Jacobus and drilling will define these modes
