It could be in a small way partly because many here have fled the scene, thus adding to the avalance of PROFESSIONAL SELLING. The smaller investor selling on fear may not have been the major factor that caused the sharp decline in the SP value but it helped. I am not the answerman BUT I would like to share a couple of items with you as to what happened and might still happen. One of the factors may NOT appear to be favorable to Sage but it must be said.

1A- I hate to say this but there is a huge amount of commercial paper that is against us and it is in the control of the Mr. & Mrs ANON's of the world. I would include other shorters and etc. You ladies and gents already knew of that possibility/probability ahead of time, or should have, so it really should not have been a surprise to you.

1B- Virtually every negative poster that came 'suddenly' out of the wood work, was/is either a representative of some large entity that is putting a squeeze on the SP or they are a junior version of that and are operating on their own. [Free enterprize] Some of those who sold were more influenced by their words than they were about the facts concerning Sage and her various projects.

1C- Could we on that [items 1A & 1B] alone see the SP decline even more. ABSOLUTELY YES. Everyone must make an individual decision of what is best for their families BUT do not do it based on what "appears to be the case". I say that because in Sage's case, it ain't necessarily so. In fact the so called 'carnage' does not reflect the true Sage story. If you don't believe that then you should not have become involved to begin with. As previously said by others, they [SAGE GOLD]are in the midst of building a company and as such they will ALWAYS be vunerable to a shark attack. This is a GOOD sign BECAUSE my friends, YOU DO NOT BEAT A DEAD HORSE TO DEATH. At this point the lower Sage goes the more she becomes a buying opportunity. GUESS WHO WILL BE THE FIRST TO BUY SAGE GOLD??? You got it, the very ones that were the first to sell in quantity. Again they may still be on the attack. We could go down further. As far as I am concerned, S O W H A T!

2A Look at the unsteady signs of the times AS A WHOLE. That includes Wall Street, The TSX and many solid companies that are either on a roller coaster ride OR are spiraling down in a tail spin slowly or rapidly. Look for Merrill to be taken out by possibly Goldman or JP. They took a 15 billion dollar hit. CITI-Bank is in deep do-do. PLEASE read on. EVERYONE is trying to shore up the foundation of their company because of a possible threatening world wide collapse.

2B- ***This is a solid example of what I am trying to communicate here. I will stay with another junior but one that is more advanced than Sage Gold. I usually do not talk about another company [this one is my only other investment I have] because it could sound like I am pumping or spamming BUT in light what happened last week and might STILL be happening to SGX, I will mention the companies name for illistration purposes ONLY. It is Starfield Resources. PLEASE guys, listen to this. They have about 175 million shares in the hands of the funds including the 50 million shares that Fidelity has. HYMMN. That sounds good so far. A Canadian billionaire, Seymour Schulich, owns 30 million shares. WOW. There are at lease 62 guys that have a million or more shares of that stock. VERY IMPRESSIVE RIGHT. The company is headed by a man that was CEO and chaired, North American Palladium. WONDERFUL. They got the goods and the metallurgical ability to make the pt/pd/co/cu/ni bricks out of the ore when that time comes. SUPER GREAT. The huge Jin Chaun nickel company and BHP have been to the camp a few times each. That's MARVELOUS.
*THAT STOCK WENT FROM AROUND $1.80 A SHARE TO AROUND $1.00.*
I said all that to say this. S O W H A T!

3C- Did anyone ever stop to think that PERHAPS [no bashing intended] that Sage Gold was not worth 80 cents at the time they hit that Share price. Could some of that been hype or pump AND could some of that pump been by the very ones that shorted or otherwise ganged up on our company last week. The answer to that is IMO, a flat out YES.

We live in a rollercoaster time on our planet and I include along with the financial sector the political and religious issues as well. IMO only, regarding the financial sector, if trouble comes, Sage and other worthwhile juniors WILL BE hit B U T they will be the second to recover [producers will be first] BECAUSE companies and people will be scrambling for gold and other tangible commodities and having lost much of their wealth they will only be able to invest in the juniors.

Hold steady DO NOT let mere man steal your vision or dreams. PERIOD.

Best wishes,
