Anybody who has been personally invested in the markets knows that it is a manipulated, corrupt, game that the pros in the market place control fully and completely! They move the markets in the direction that they see fit and the small time personal investor either tries to follow to pick up a few crumbs or gets his/her pocket picked before they even know what hit them. Only once in a while an oppertunity comes along where the story is potentially bigger than the pros and the small guy gets wind of it as well. The pros will try to play with the small time investors emotions during the process but hopefully the small timer has learned to stick to their belief and not be swayed. This is all my opinion but I think that this is one of those oppertunities  wether you invest in Kodiak, Sage, or Ontex who all have property in the area, in my eyes they are all winners at the end of the day!Good luck to all!
