I got the first part and do agree with you that the holidays partly accounted for the delays [Those guys need a break too] and I am sure that SGX did not plan for a KXL halt.

I did not get what the rest of that sentence. What did you mean when you said, 'but i take it they don,t have a best hole ever again'.
