Clarification Regarding Vancouver Gold Show

Dear Shareholders,
We would like to clarify the situation regarding the Vancouver Gold Show. Sage was unable to obtain a booth at the Vancouver Gold Show. Management will be present at the show and Sage will be hosting a hospitality suite at the Pan Pacific Hotel. Further details will be provided once they become available.
