Dear Shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was posted by Sage Gold Management:

We are not doing airborne at this time over the new properties, this is scheduled for 2008. We are doing airborne presently over Jacobus. We will be issuing a report late next week or so on a 2007 update and a 2008 work program and we will cover these points.
