good work longbomb, unfortunately the map scales are not correct.. the NR map is much smaller area 4x4 km in the "red" zone. There is a least 5 km to SGX property on the other side of the lake (at the end of GM). Almost 10km from the road to SGX property.

 I don't think KXL would put up a map which had the majority of the red zone on SGX property - doesn't make sense.

However... the interesting bit of KXL NR map is the top right corner. There is a little red shading - I believe this is SGX property - which would correspond to their copper/nickel discovery.

Having said that... maybe this large red zone on KXL indicates copper/nickel as well as identifying all the quartz veins. Can you imagine!
