By the way, anybody see a loophole in the optimism re: no insider selling, and insider buying on KXL?

I put a lot of stock in that, and I was wondering if there was any way for an insider to fudge that, a way that I haven't thought about. So far nothing. I don't even think stock at this level is short-able (e.g. if someone cheated and had an offshore, nominal-director-held account and had that corp short the stock). Anyways, I doubt a far-out scenario like that, but if anyone sees a loophole in the insider stats, let us know!
