Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by management.

Our Pony Spur property is directly adjacent to Grandview’s Pony Creek property, as close as 500 ft in some areas. SAGE is very bullish on Grandviews’s drill results and the Pony Spur drill targets are into the same geological formation ( Devils Gate Webb Contact) as Pony Creek so this bodes well for SAGE.
