Dear Shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by Sage Gold management.

The Press Release issued today regarding the Wahgoshig First Nations MOU simply means SAGE/Sheltered Oak have the "green light" to commence drilling on the Kerrs property as soon as a drill rig can be procured. We can drill year round so an announcement will be forthcoming when a drill is secured.
