Dear Shareholder,

The following response was given by Sage Gold Inc. management.

1. Assays are expected within a week from the lab. They have to be analyzed by SAGE and then released accordingly so mid July is the expected timeline. We have increased the drilling to a total of 12 holes and the last 3 holes are being drilled presently. Hole SJ-07-06 intersected mineralization at 580 metres down plunge from surface as mentioned in our last Press Release. All holes to date at Jacobus are spaced 25-30 metres and hole SJ-07-06 is 25 metres from Hole SJ-06-01. There will be a new Jacobus drill map on our SAGE homepage by the end of this week. You will clearly see the drill holes and spacings.

2. Currently being drilled as mentioned in # 1

3-4-5. Kerrs and all Nevada properties are planned to drill in August ’07.
