Dear Shareholder,

The following response was given by Sage Gold Inc. Chief Geologist Bill Love.

"We will continue to assay for PGEs in all of the Jacobus drilling. The EM survey detected the presence of disseminated Cu-Ni mineralization. The PT and Pd are associated with the Cu and Ni sulphide minerals."
