MeadowH,

Just add a bit on the subject line above to indicate my take on our new PRB.

Agreed that the Detour area is in the big (elephant) country and there is quite a good potential to have a strike up that way, some day soon, but not that soon, unless luck plays a big role. The reason I say this is because of all the stuff Dave has on his plate, from the claims near the old Borden to the vast area AGE has been collected, Dave seems to take a systematic and focused approach...it's just too much to handle them all.

From the July 2016 Corp Presentation the "Flagship project" is clearly Val d'Or East. This has a Jan 2013 Tech Report to back up the RE. Some 3/4 Moz Au for the new Beliveau plus the 2 neighbouring zones. The grades are excellent. The Tech Report outlined a low cost OP and UG operation. The recommendations included stripping of the overburden and further drillings (including twin holes) to provide further verifications of the results. Stripping and surface sampling were done in 2015 by AGE (before the merger). Further drilling to upgrade the RE from the inferred to indicated would cost several million dollars (~$8M for phase 1 and 2?). I believe this is what PRB is doing: firming up the RE to get it up to a a 1 M oz mark, and preferrably with most of it in the indicated category.

PRB would look "more respectable" at this level, and the money in the war chest is more than plenty ($21 +13M?) to do all that. My guess would be they can have this done within a year. Just add more drills.

The stuff they have at Val d'Or East is high grade and in thick slab (like those in the picture used as background for front page of the Corp Presentation. As indicated, back in 2015 AGE has stripped off the zones around the old Beliveau mine to show the "out-crops". Some nice pictures there to view, link below.

The point I am making here is Val d'Or East is currently Dave's flagship project. Detour is an exciting one, but PRB may just let its JV partner (SOQUEM) to do the drilling on the South side and get the 50% benefit. PRB may get going on the North side (100%) but that would remain to be seen.

Just my take.
