Well more than likley the 1.50 paperwork was 99% complete and someone said....wait...we need a deal....so the weighted average needs to be closer to market or were not signing.

So they quickly agreed to issue 0.95 ...and sink the general person.

So ...........if they had issued at a 1.10 i wolud have been more comfortable. When they issue to market below market the optics are crappy...my weighted average is low...plus i am riding a chunk.
