From the MD&A dated March 29/16 for the 3 and 6 month period ending Jan 31/16 a significant drilling program [3,400 m] began in January 2016. SOQUEM signed a 50/50 agreement with AGE in early October 2015. In addition to the drill program 125 km of IP and 85 km of magnetics was also undertaken.

SOQUEM's option agreement with AGE included expendature of $1 M in 2016 and another $3 M over the next 3 years to earn 50% of the Detour East block. AGE invoiced SOQUEM $339,307 for the period ending January 31/16.

In addition to the above works, 750 m of drilling started on AGE's Detour Quebec North claim block on Feb 4/16.

The agreement between PRB and AGE was announced on Arpril 11/16

Based on the above there should be drill results coming at some point. Question, as PRB is now in control can they buy out SOQUEM, to date this organization has only funded perhaps 25% of the earn in agreement assuming that PRB would want to have 100% control. Even with a buyout if at all possible, have no idea why PRB went to the market at this point to raise another $5 M. Maybe we learn soon.
