Most likely the New PRB would be traded on the TSX.V...if it were listed. But the info package already said that there's no guarantee if this would be the case. The BoD has a written statement to protect itself (we already told ya).

Kingsdale has the job to collect the votes, including calling shareholders soliciting a YES vote.

I would doubt very much if Kingsdale is given an authority to speak on the BoD half, especially for this kind issue. The best place is PRB IR, better still Dave himself. But I don't think the company would give out that kind of promise to any individual shareholder. If they did they would have to amend the information to read something like

" The New PRB BoD would be prepared to request a listing of the new PRB shares on the TSX Venture Exchange as soon as possible,... subject to the conditions for acceptance of the Exchange."

Just my reading of the situation.
