Holding back drill core results from owners really smells bad, how about that one, merger approvers?

Was Jamie the hachetman brought in to dismember shareholders for GoldCorp? When was contact first made with GoldCorp? Who initiated it, Jamie? So in effect if true, then Jamie's options were just a finder's fee paid for by Probe shareholders. That really stinks.
