Message: Beware of suits from Vancouver bearing gifts

Of course the gifts here, IMO, are easily produced inflated paper. It might not be so bad if the paper was in a bull market but that is not the case here. GoldCorp is clearly in an intermediate bear market, as well as gold, as the greater probability for both is lower. Was WarrantlessBob smart to pull the plug on his shares above $5? Well, the last is $4.76. With or without GoldCorp, excluding the with-held drill results to owners, Probe was destined to sell-off, excluding a better offer. But what gold orientented company, with some smarts, wouldn't first wait for a lower gold price which appears destined to happen but wait, GoldCorp may be the only company with possible inside knowledge of what recent drill results showed. Did the lumber company have privy to the currently undisclosed results from drill core results that are all way backed-up? It's for sure, owners didn't see them, aside from company officials who possibly did and who they, possibly, passed along to GoldCorp and to who else, if they did?

Maybe GoldCorp saw something so positive, that they didn't care where gold fell to, if it did. Is Probe being handed over to them in lieu of publicly published current and past drill results where the minority holders are baffled concerning what they are really voting for?? Seems like this could be the case. Why haven't the drill results been made public? Does this create a liability issue for company officials? I guess we know why company official's and director's insurance is a must for folks who might be playing with other folk's money.

With or without GoldCorp's shares, if gold breaks $1,200 and, possibluy, sells below $1,000 it just might be every man for himself. BUT when gold finally bottoms(if it hasn't already), it appears Probe would be a much better buy than GoldCorp. So why would folks really vote for the takeover? Oh yea, the dividend. But really, is any divident really guarenteed.?

Selling Probe gives up our total future to see what this new evolving district is all about. Why hand it away for GoldCorp's paper? It just doesn't make sense to me. The best thing for me would be a rejection of the offer and for Probe to back down and when the low is established, buy the hell out of it.
