I received it on Friday. I quickly turned to Appendix D to see the fairness opinion of BMO Nesbit Burns. I thought it would explain what lead them to conclude that this offer is a good one. No explanation is given as to how they arrived at their opinion. Can anyone find any facts that explain what the decision to sell is based on???
