Thistime, thanks. I went back to PRB site for a second look and found the Special Meeting under "Conferences", link below. So presumably, this is the one for voting for the deal. (Note: the last NR was 19 January 2015 and they could have issued an updated NR for the special meeting and the link for the docs). Normally, the company would issue an NR informing the shareholders of the meeting date and and giving a heads-up on the package of information which has been mailed out.

I have not been able to locate the docs for voting on their website yet. Perhaps you could provide a link for it?

It would appear that PRB has not been communicating well with shareholders on this deal. May be, just may be, deep down inside, management wants us to vote against it?
