We will see when the circular comes out but I doubt that that the 18 million breakup fee would be triggered by voting down the deal. If G can't persude 2/3 of the shareholder that vote to vote for them its their problem.

Breakup Fees are usually in the deal to compensate the initial bidder if the company is able to an alternate offer. Not much evidence that Prb is trying to do that.
