Its like watching the movie "Trading Places". We have witnessed Eddie Murphy (Dave) get schmoozed by the Fat Cats. Im sure the vino is fantastic, and the cigars delightful. Oh, to make friends with people in high places...

The fact that Goldcorp has Porcupine so close should have helped Dave negotiate a much better deal, as there is tremendous savings for Goldcorp just in proximity to their infrastructure. We had leverage. Dave could have done a calculation on the savings and added that to his counteroffer, explaining that Agnico would love to pay $5.00 and still need to build a mine.

It is all dependent on POG for us now. Drill results no longer matter. Nothing that I waited all these years for matters any longer. Just whether or not the Institutions and Central Bankers will let gold run, or kick it in the teeth...again.

Not a good feeling.
