1. Where's the bottom for the yellow metal? That's the problem with these deals - they CANT be made in a vaccuum - is gold going to 1150? 1100? You are now tied to a major, so it will matter.

2. I 'understand' that mgmt says the goldcorp deal came together "quickly, like over 3 days" - REALLY? In other words, you took well over 2 years to make a land deal, and sold the entire company in negotiations that took less that a week? Is that what you want shareholders to believe?
