The whipsaw effect is firmly in place....gold changes when physicial volumes pick up.

So when gold goes down Russia, China, India and other small countries buy it.

so large spikes up

Then....the comex contracts try to stabilize everything....Gold doesn't change a lot between the close on London and the open on New York.

If you look back hour by hour you will see this is quite often the most volatile time...New york open to London close. Outside of that period not a lot goes on.
