Probably sold as is....as soon as the land deal closed. Maybe AEM will step up to the plate? Others? I think I will let what i haven't sold convert. You know overall if gold gets to 1400 to 1450 this year...well goldcorp shares can do very well adding another 50 to 60 % return and a dividend. Oil, if it starts to rise after March....and on into June gold will slow. For now gold has momentum 20 to 30 bucks a week and the same old facts exist around China and India consumption. It will be weird to see if both oil and gold can rise together. Hang, you never know we might see another bid and then again....letting it ride might eventually give you a 9 to 10 dollar real rate of return per share.
