Currently standing for YES votes
- G: 9.3% (did not know that G has more than AEM, a surprise)
- PRB Management including Dave: 4.6% (they have agreed to vote with G)
Total: 13.9% (need to get 66.7%, still a long way to go)
Notes:
- back in 2012 PSU (Probe Shareholder United) had quite a few votes: Don't recall exactly, but should be over 10% (enough to throw a monkey wrench in a deal, if we hang together).
- AEM has 7.5M -0.18 (still don't know why AEM sold 0.8M for) = 7.32M/90. = 8.1%; however, if all 5.6M wts are exercised @2.10 AEM (it will) will have 7.32+5.6 = 12.92/90 = 14.3%.
- any other big blocks, and their voting tendency? Anyone?
So the first shot has been fired by G (a low-ball from past experience, e.g. Osisko). Counter shot would likely be coming from AEM, according to the crystal ball. Any other potential suitors?
