Financing, maybe. But we shouldn't forget that PRB got a 10 mio credit line running out in may. There was not much discussion about that. Why a credit line? Does Dave plan to tide over some time till buyout offer is commin? Agnico warrants expire in may, so using the credit line may depends on what Agnico is doing.

Due to that facs I don't think there will be a financing. Hope Dave just needs to tide over some time and we won't see any financing till buyout. But of course, the fact that they went to Dallas tells another story.

anyway, I'm kind of suprised of the news delay. Hope they didn't drill and there was just no gold:). Anyway, gold is going higher, but gold price doesn't effect PRB much, at least in short term. But as long as PRB keeps being quiet, there are a couple of good gold juniors, I love PVG:)
