I would say financing could be done when the SP is high enough, e.g. after a runup following an NR on a new hit or increased resource estimates (it's always good to have tons of cash in this environment). Also, it's good to have a LOC,...a smart strategy, so you don't need to beg.

However, in April/May PRB will have a $4M payment from AEM for the last bit of the Goldex royalty. My crystal ball says AEM will exercise the 5.6M wts @ 2.1 for another ~$12M, so the need to finance is not urgent (since they still have to burn off the $26M flow through).

AEM may surprise us all by exercising the wts soon, could be very soon, and taking a run at PRB before it becomes too hot (= expensive) a target.

Just some speculation.
