if the recent cold snap has made Borden Lake suitable for drill rigs yet?

Also it looks like there are more larger share blocks being sold rather thean the usual 100 per trade. I wonder if this accumulation is starting in earnest towards the likely NR after which there will be the usual drop or if someone knows that something more is going on? The excitement for me is rising.
