Quote not available on Agoracom PRB site

I can't seem to get the quote for PROBE on the Agoracom site. It says:

"Authentication error:Unauthorized quotetools usage:2014-12-30 20:18:14.640

Please contact quotemedia.com"

I go to the quotemedia.com site, and the links don't respond at all!

Anyone else having this problem? I've asked Agoracom to look into it.
