I think the Borden Deal is pretty sweet. 41 million for probably another 500,000 ounces + 50 % of whatever was found so far. So a sweet deal for all.

I heard the "lumber" folks were holding out for 2.5 times that figure Plus an NSR.

My theory...Dave P found another zone or two....and said, hey guys. This is whats fair take it or leave it and by the way......no NSR. Got a second zone here....so take the shares and cash while you can.
