Ryan Walker, Euro Pacific Canada (12/11/14) "Probe Mines Limited has acquired Boises Landrienne Inc. . .the acquisition gives the company 100% ownership of the mineral rights over the entire 70 km-long Borden Gold belt. . .we view the acquisition positively. . .we estimate that the newly acquired wedge claims (between sections 1300mSE and 1500mSE) in the High Grade zone could contain ~300 Koz."
David Sadowski, Raymond James (12/11/14) "Probe Mines Limited signed and closed a critical land deal, consolidating the Borden gold belt. . .the deal is a milestone for Probe, as it should bolster the company's High Grade Zone resources by 10–15% (to ~2.3 Moz at 5 g/t), as well as unlock the regional exploration potential of the consolidated, under-explored and highly prospective Borden gold district."
Andrew Kaip, BMO Capital Markets (12/11/14) "Probe Mines Limited announced that is has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Boises Landrienne Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Scierie Landrienne Inc. The deal provides 100% ownership of the mineral rights to 486 patented claims in and around the Borden deposit, including key claims covering the High-Grade Zone resource area. . .consolidation of land tenure within and along strike of the resource area is a key step in advancing the Borden project area."
