If this find ends up being a 12,000,000 ounce find, what would the worthe of shares be at around $900 an ounce?

Would it be (12,000,000 * $900)- say app 2 billion develop & oper fees /90,000,000 app. shares). or about $97 a share. It stikes me that something is wrong in assessing the value in this way. Is there anybody out there that might have further suggestions, or is there a decimal place just wrong?
