No, it is believed the seller knows exactly what they are doing, trying to scare the longs and scare off buyers. But then again, the recent buyers might want to find out if these shares are for real. Jim Puplava mentions iceberg offers as a tool of the naked shorters. Jim says it there, and then it vanishes. Just another psychological tool used against shareholders. We'll see.
