A lot of companies have them.

As for drilling or mining or excavating under someones home...you have to buy the property and then if they want to stay....you exectue a legally binding contract that live under "assumed risk"

Anywhere in Canada this is true.

As for the purchase of the "other" 50 % I hope they do it with shares and find a second zone.

Dave keeps suggesting this is a new zone hosting multiple finds.

We will see...if multipe zones...then onwards and upwards.
