Take it Private...how would that benefit people like Dave P, Karen and group who have lots shares ?

Actually the old Ava Claire property and others have work done by other companies previous to Probe buying the rights !

No secret just need to be sure. If they hit on East limb...you cna bet they will drill another 10 to 12 holes and then announce they have a second "potential discovery"

My only worry is a low buyout with some hefty side agreements ensuring everyone gets paid eventually.

Say..4 bucks a share and for those that have options price them separately say at 10 bucks each option after the deal closes...not sure if its legal but who knows.

Don't think anything is going on. I hope they hit on east limb just to drive the 50 % ownership price down from the Timber People !

And PRB has 26 million to spend on drilling and exploration ! I wonder if they can spend it all.

Need to start some major drilling.
