The idea of putting in a ramp for exploration is a good one, especially if that is a big ticket item. It would be much better than going through ice or drilling from the edge of the lake (they have been doing that from the north shore). They could even do some drilling underneath the cottages (no noise?), or "looking around" for blobs of high conductivity, etc ?

But the ramp will also be used for the UG mining operation later, if the design is done "correctly". This preparatory work should be qualified under the flow through scheme.
