Well, could be I don't think AEM is the 26 million. Probably another large investment group thats see a triple or quadruple from here.

As for the 26 million this has to go into exploration. Their current cash position can be used fro land purchase....as well as any line of credit they would like to establish.

To be honest....if the land deal doesn't get clarified....a lot of people will flee to more secure gold producers in Sept/October

PRB did drill on the 50 % high grade portion. I don't think the costs were shared....and they probably should have been....or an agreement would be in place to secure the rest of the land. I think PRB might have right of first refusal due to the drilling etc. That would something to check on.

The folks should take NSR in lieu of cash ( or combination ). Why? Well, their are companies that by Royalty type instruments. It's a good way to favourably structure taxes into the future.

Current cash position of 50 million tells me something is up.

I wonder if Dave is drilling or has hit on east limb ?

At the end of the day....PRB is still a good place to park money. Could be another winter drilling season at Borden before a takeover. Of course, if they hit on East Limb....then pour the drills to East Limb and prove up another deposit.

Two Deposits....should be very attractive.
